"The scariest thing about distance

Is you don't know whether they'll miss you or forget about you."

     - The Notebook

Coming from someone with a lot of distance relationships, this statement is so very true. I'm sure I have this thought at least once a day for at least three of the people in my life that aren't by my side. And it scares me. It scares me half to death.
The thing that gets me through the day is love. "Perfect love drives out fear," 1 John 4:16. I can go on knowing that the love I have received and will always receive from God is enough. A relationship that is meant to live on will live on. One that is not meant to be won't be, and that is something that I and all of us have to except.

Recently I've gotten hooked on the TV series, Once Upon A Time on nbc. Two of the main characters, Snow White and Prince Charming have a saying. "We will always find each other." In the show they always get separated, but because of love they always find each other in the end. That is the writer's decision. In the same way, it is God's decision who is put in our lives to stay. And I can't wait to see just who that'll be.
